Moi University 2019 Graduates to book online for certificates collection

Moi University alumni who graduated in 2019 December can now clear and book for the collection of transcripts and degree certificates online. This is after the administration published a notice on MU’s website on 11th June with guidelines on how students can collect their documents.

On 19th December, last year, thousands of students graduated from Moi University during the 39th graduation ceremony since the institution was founded in 1984. The ceremony was attended by thousands of people as family member attended to congratulate their learned kins.

More than 7 months down the line, these students can finally begin collecting their transcripts and certificates despite the Corona Pandemic which has slowed down all systems and processes.

Moi University has launched an online clearance and booking system for collection of transcripts and certificates which ought to be done in an orderly manner to avoid commotion and thus compromise the safety of graduates from the virus.

The procedure for clearance and booking will be published here on MU’s Portal.

Meanwhile, the administration has also published the dates, schools and number of graduates per day for collection of transcripts and certificates. Students are first required to clear and book the dates they will pick their documents.

The collection process will begin with graduates from the schools of Information Sciences and Medicine who are scheduled to collect their certificates on 17th July 2020.

For the following two weeks, graduates from the schools of Business & Economics and Arts & Social Sciences will follow in an organized way that ensures a manageable number of graduates can be attended to.

Every student is required to clear and book for certificate collection online before they are allowed to collect their documents. Also, only graduates from the programmes listed above will be attended to for the first part of the certificates collection. Services will be offered between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm.
